Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase; items must be new, unused, in their original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We only accept returns and exchanges of product purchased from The BAV at www.baveteran.com. Custom merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Package must be post marked as being en route to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order .

IMPORTANT : Please include your first & last name and email as indicated on your order, in addition to a copy of your original invoice inside the package. Failure to include this information may result in our inability to process your return.
Once your order is received & processed you will be notified by email & refunded to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to two weeks processing time for returns.
Free Offers/Giveaways: All "Free + Shipping" offers must be cancelled within the same day of order and are non-refundable once shipped.
Custom Printed Items: Custom Printed Items are not eligible for refund or return.
